Luerella is a mono-specific genus in the Pleurothallid group. These Masdevallia relatives are easy to grow under intermediate temperatures and moderate-moderately bright light. Grow in small plastic pots with moss. According to Dr. Robert Dressler, there is one species of Luerella found in Panama.
